Program description
Cosmetic Surgery Associates (“we,” “us”) offers an SMS text messaging program for patients and prospective patients who opt in. Messages may include two-way replies to consultation and treatment inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notifications, pre- and post-treatment care instructions, customer service communications, and occasional promotional offers related to our services.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form at cosmeticplastics.com/contact-us/. The box is unchecked by default, and we only text people who check it.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can submit the form and receive care from CSA without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency
You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages from us. To start receiving texts again, reply START or check the consent box on our contact form again.

Privacy
CSA does not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging is not a secure channel. Please do not include sensitive health information in your replies.
Carriers, contact, and changes
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
