“Hello Dr Jabs,
I just wanted to pass along a drawing that our daughter Abby made not too long ago at her Sunday school class where she was told to draw a picture of her hero. She is doing great, now having just turned 7, and we are coming up on her two year dog bite-aversary. We had a little celebration on the one-year, a year ago, and we will again this year. So thankful that she looks so good and that we were lucky to have you help us on that horrible day. Thank you again. You are our hero as well.”

Dear Dr. Jabs, Cissy & Jon,
Thanks so very much for fitting me in and for all your wonderful work on me the last few weeks. I am so happy with it so far and so glad I was able to finally get it done. I’ve wanted this done for so long – thanks for making it come to realization.
Stay safe and best wishes
Dr. Jabs and his staff were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They took their time while helping me decide what look I wanted, and they were amazing at addressing all questions and concerns. I got a breast augmentation procedure, and this office had sizers that I could try on to accurately visualize how my shirts would fit with different size implants. This office also showed me a 3D design of how my body would look after surgery which was extremely helpful in solidifying my decision about the look I wanted. I had several consultations at different offices, and this was the only office that offered both the sizers and the 3D visualization. Dr. Jabs and his assistant Mariah were also super professional, friendly, and easily reachable throughout the entire process. They really know how to make you feel comfortable, and I am BEYOND happy I chose this team for my surgery. I am almost seven months out from my surgery, and I could not be more pleased. I have no issues or pain, and the incisions are healed. I love my new look, and I would highly recommend Dr. Jabs! Five stars all the way through.
I recently had a procedure with Dr. Jabs for lipo suction in my upper arms. I did my due diligence and saw a few different cosmetic surgeons as I had never gotten a procedure like this done before. I decided to go with Dr. Jabs and his team because of the surgery technique discussed as well as they had facilities to do within house as well as their expertise. Cost was reasonable. I moved ahead with the procedure. It went very well. I was prepared for what to expect and staff/ team were able to answer any questions after the surgery I had while I was recovering. I am healing well and the results are great! Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely going back for the rest of my cosmetic needs.
One of the greatest blessings of living in the DMV area is our access to so many qualified and multi-talented medical doctors and surgeons. Dr. Jabs and his assistants are no exception. It’s been about a year and a half since I had surgery at Cosmetic Surgery Associates and I can say, without a doubt, that it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Regrettably, I developed some really unsightly gyno in my late 20’s. It got to the point where I was too embarrassed to go to the beach or wear certain types of shirts in public. To be honest, I even went through a period of depression to the point where I simply stopped going to the gym as often. Believe it or not, a few guys even made fun of me when they thought I wasn’t looking/listening (it’s okay though – the people who try to bring you down are already beneath you). As a recreational bodybuilder and athlete, having this issue taken care of completely restored my self-confidence, motivation and happiness. All vanity aside, few things are as empowering as taking back control of your health and appearance. I turned 30 in 2019 and I’ve never looked better in my entire life. A special thanks to Dr. Jabs, Joanne, and all the medical professionals who helped me throughout this transformation. If you’re on the fence about undergoing surgery, rest assured that you’re in good hands at CSA 🙂 If you would like to see how great their work is, ask for my before and after pics!
My experience with cosmetic surgery associates has been very good! Dr. Jabs did a great job and Joanna and Rebecca have been very helpful! I would recommend their services to anyone, I am extremely satisfied!
Dr Jabs is a wonderful surgeon. The work he did for me has changed my life. I feel younger and more confident. I am so much happier with my body now.
Great practice, friendly staff! Excellent results! Dr. Jabs was professional and pleasant!
I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Dr. Dean Jabs of Cosmetic Surgery Associates. Extremely patient, answered all of my questions, never in a rush to move onto the next patient – I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone.
The process of searching for a plastic surgeon who you think will best match your needs, can be daunting, and often times, the results can be less than satisfying. I know as I have experienced this first hand over the years. In my quest to find yet another surgeon, I met Dr. Jabs. Why didn’t I meet him sooner? Dr. Jabs listens, unlike most surgeons who think they know what is best for you. He is honest if he thinks that what you want done is worth it or not, and it will give you your desired result. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative as to what to expect with a procedure. I have undergone several procedures and surgeries with Dr. Jabs and have been more than pleased with the outcome of each of them as his technique is excellent. You could not ask for a better surgeon.
I have known many surgeons in the metropolitan area over the years, and Dr. Jabs is by far the only surgeon I would go to. I am just sorry I did not discover him sooner, but I found him and will continue to use him for my cosmetic needs.
Dr. Jabs and his entire staff is amazing! I have been very pleased with my experience from my first consultation to months after my surgery. Everyone makes you feel welcome and extremely comfortable, and I love that the surgery room is right in the office. I had a breast lift, liposuction of the abdomen and fat transfer to my butt. I couldn’t be any happier with my results. I highly recommend Dr. Jabs. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable with my body again.
Dear Dr. Jabs – thank you for seeing me today and for elevating my concerns about the “shooting pain in my ear”. Again, I just want to express my gratitude for your outstanding surgical skills and your kind manners. I am more then happy with the results of my surgery and the healing process. You are a wonderful surgeon and I am very thankful for meeting you and putting my trust and my face into your talented hands and your expertise!! Thank you for a great job Dr. Jabs!!
2nd Procedure with Dr. Jabs –
Dr. Jabs has performed 2 procedures on me and one on my husband. He always exceeds our expectations. My tummy tuck turned out great and my neck liposuction looks fabulous and I just had it done today! He provides his cellphone and he always responds. I just adore this man and his work ethic and skills. Will be having more procedures.
Excellent Experience with Dr. Jabs –
Dr. Jabs and his team are 5 stars, plus. I had been putting off my breast reduction for years because my health insurance wouldn’t cover it and I was a bit nervous. With the back issues I was having, I had been advised to consider it. Dr. Jabs came highly recommended and the hype is real. He knows what he’s doing and my breasts look amazing now. He made me comfortable right away and walked me through the process. The nurses and other staff are incredibly competent and helped make me feel at ease. I also really appreciated how they shared the price and it included everything. Even after developing a hematoma, which is rare, he swiftly saw me, took care of it and it was all included in the price. I still can’t believe what a difference it makes. And no more back pain!
The Boobie God –
I had an amazing experience from start to finish, and am loving the results of my Breast Augmentation! The staff is very professional as well as extremely comforting. After seeing 4 other surgeons, I decided on Dr. Jabs and don’t regret a thing! On consultation day, Mariah spent an hour and a half answering all my questions and making sure I left confident in my decision. I have never had an office invest that much time in me, and I never felt rushed. I informed them that one of my BIGGEST WORRIES was a scar. I knew that I was going to have one but was afraid of it being too big or raised. Dr. Jabs assured me it wouldn’t even be noticeable. I booked my surgery that day. Two weeks later I had my preop appointment. They allowed me to come in to make sure that I was still comfortable with the sizes that I chose and that meant a lot. Two weeks after that was surgery day. I was there a total of two hours and home before I knew it. Surgery team: nurse/anesthesiologist was impeccable! Everything went so smoothly and by the time recovery started I had already known what to expect and even with the discomfort, I knew everything was normal. 3 days into recovery I was off all pain meds and only taking my antibiotic. One week after surgery, at my postop appointment (which was yesterday), we talked about breast massaging and scar care, which brings me to my scar. OMG!!! My scar is sooo small, has healed like it’s already been 3 months. It’s amazing!!! HE WAS SO HONEST!! It’s as thin as a paper cut, not raised, just over an inch long, and I’m just in Awh as I sit here and write this. Nonetheless, i purchased a scar cream from them, a small bottle for a good price. I am confident that my scar will be invisible within the next 3-4 months. I am sooo thankful for this. I had faith in him, but with as good as it looks, he should’ve just said “shut up and let me do my thang girl” 🙂 . Im almost sad that I have 4 months until my next follow-up with them. I will try to post pics! I JUST WANNA SHOW THE WORLD MY NEW MARACAS!!! THANK YOU DR. JABS.
I am 28, no kids, originally BARELY a 34B, 400cc implants later and I am approx a full C cup, although Im only 1 week post op.
