Joanne Gildea
Lead Patient Coordinator
Fluent in Arabic
Joanne was born and raised in Montgomery County. She is a 1999 graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in Psychology. She speaks fluent Arabic which she learned at home. She lives in Brookeville, MD with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.
Joanne is a people person. Her enthusiasm is infectious. As a patient care coordinator, she enjoys interacting with people and ensuring that they get personalized, attentive care.
Outside of work, she likes to travel but mostly enjoys spending time with her family. Joanne is a huge football fan. She also loves to cheer on her Syracuse Men’s Basketball team.
Penny Terrell
Front Desk Administrator
Penny is an experienced patient care professional with 10 years of plastic surgery experience and a medical billing certification who still manages to participate effectively in church and volunteering activities. Her experience with people has endeared her to have compassion, to help, and to show love to everyone that she meets and greets. Penny is very passionate about being a Front Desk Administrator and believes making a great first impression is the best impression. This is where she has the opportunity to show her expertise in helping others, showing compassion, and understanding.
Penny is a widowed mother of one and devout Christian who volunteers at homeless shelters and senior community centers, as well as co-manages a business called Party Servers. With encouragement from family and friends, she coordinated a small charity called Back Pack Angels from 2004-2005. When working as an employee at ADP she received a “World Class Service Award” for outstanding service and commitment and the Certification of Appreciation Plaque Award for all of her hard work helping train other employees.
In Penny’s spare time, she loves going to the beach, watching sports, dancing, and reading.
Meghan Love
Registered Nurse Specializing in Plastic Surgery & Non-Surgical Aesthetics
Meghan Love, RN is a proud graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, and is currently completing her Nurse Practitioner degree at Frostburg State University, specializing in family health.
She has broad experience working as a registered nurse for the past 11 years. She has experience working in the Neuro ICU, Oncology/Hematology, Step-Down Cardiology, Labor and Delivery, Nurse Education, and Plastics.
She absolutely loves being a nurse injector because it combines medical aesthetics and her passion for art. Meghan is known for her warm bedside manner, positivity, and attention to detail. Meghan is available to take on new clients!
