Penny Terrell

Front Desk Administrator

Penny is an experienced patient care professional with 10 years of plastic surgery experience and a medical billing certification who still manages to participate effectively in church and volunteering activities. Her experience with people has endeared her to have compassion, to help, and to show love to everyone that she meets and greets. Penny is very passionate about being a Front Desk Administrator and believes making a great first impression is the best impression. This is where she has the opportunity to show her expertise in helping others, showing compassion, and understanding.

Penny is a widowed mother of one and devout Christian who volunteers at homeless shelters and senior community centers, as well as co-manages a business called Party Servers. With encouragement from family and friends, she coordinated a small charity called Back Pack Angels from 2004-2005. When working as an employee at ADP she received a “World Class Service Award” for outstanding service and commitment and the Certification of Appreciation Plaque Award for all of her hard work helping train other employees.

In Penny’s spare time, she loves going to the beach, watching sports, dancing, and reading.
