Registered Nurse, Expert Injector & Skin Care Counselor
Patrizia, a.k.a. Trish, is a Registered Nurse, expert injector, and skin care counselor who has been with CSA since 2014 at our state-of-the-art Bethesda office. She received her Nursing Degree in 1997 and has extensive experience in the DC/MD/VA area as well as various cities on the West Coast. Trish is certified in BBL and IPL treatments, fractional CO2 laser, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, micro-needling with platelet rich plasma (PRP), and chemical peels.
She is highly experience with injectables such as Botox, Juvéderm, Voluma, Kybella, Restylane, and Disport. Trish has Scion laser certification and performs laser hair removal and treatments for rosacea, port wine stains, hyper/hypo pigmentation, age spots, bruises, scars, vessels, and acne. In addition, Trish keeps up rigorously with all new training and medical certifications.
She previously worked in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), as well as Labor and Delivery and the Operating Room in several hospitals.
Her critical thinking skills and knowledge of her field enable her to manage a wide array of her patient’s health care needs. Trish’s compassion is evident in her interaction with her patients. One patient stated “I wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else.” She is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best.
When she is not performing her nursing responsibilities, Trish enjoys reading, skiing, bicycling, and spending time with her daughter.
Lead Patient Coordinator

Joanne was born and raised in Montgomery County. She is a 1999 graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in Psychology. She speaks fluent Arabic which she learned at home. She lives in Brookeville, MD with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.
Joanne is a people person. Her enthusiasm is infectious. As a patient care coordinator, she enjoys interacting with people and ensuring that they get personalized, attentive care.
Outside of work, she likes to travel but mostly enjoys spending time with her family. Joanne is a huge football fan. She also loves to cheer on her Syracuse Men’s Basketball team.
Deanne was born in Tennessee and grew up in Alabama. She just recently moved to Bethesda with her husband and dogs.
Deanne has been in the medical field for over 15 years. Outside work, Deanna loves spending time with her family, son, dogs, and loves to ballroom dance and country dance.
Deanne is a huge Alabama football fan, but you will also find her cheering on the Nats!
Valerie grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. She started her medical field career working for an Internal Medicine/Rheumatology practice in White Oak. Valerie held several positions during her twelve years there; she enjoyed her last five years as the Office Manager the most. Her commitment, drive, and work ethic led her to a promotion as Office Manager. Valerie genuinely enjoys learning and developing her skills with a growing practice.
Valerie is a kind, sweet and very giving person. It shows in her interactions with others and in her smile. She loves helping out whenever she can.
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys spending time with her family, kids, and friends. She moved to Howard County in 2008 and likes raising her kids and dogs there. Valerie loves the beach, country music, dancing, and the Redskins! Her dream is to earn a degree in nursing one day.
Front Desk Administrator
Penny is an experienced Patient Care professional with 10 years of plastic surgery experience and a medical billing certification, who still manages to participate effectively in church and volunteering activities. Her experience with people has endeared her to have compassion, to help, and show love to everyone that she meets and greets. Penny is very passionate about being a Front Desk Administrator and believes making a great first impression is the best impression. This is where she has the opportunity to show her expertise in helping others, showing compassion and understanding.
Penny is a widowed mother of one, a devout Christian who volunteers at homeless shelters, Senior Community Centers, and Co-Manages a business called, Party Servers. With encouragement from family and friends she coordinated a small charity called, Back Pack Angels from 2004-2005. When working as an employee at ADP she received a “World Class Service Award” for outstanding service and commitment and The Certification of Appreciation Plaque Award for all of her hard work helping train other employees.
In Penny’s spare time she loves going to the beach, watching sports, dancing, and reading.
