Our office will be opening to more patients starting Monday, June 15th. In efforts to keep both our staff and the community safe. Please fill out the following form and email to joanne@cosmeticplastics.com before your appointment.
If you answer “Yes” to any of these questions, we will need to call our office prior to their appointment to clarify.
All individuals are advised to bring a mask as everyone is required to wear, and we will not be allowing additional visitors without prior approval.

Our Plastic Surgery Associates team includes Dr. Franklin Richards, Dr. A. Dean Jabs, and Dr. Keshav Magge.
